Salesforce Einstein feature updates

Einstein Lead Scoring has a guided setup flow, and it gives the option to users to score segments of potential prospects for more precise results.

Personalization, natural language search, and actionable instant results are now available to all Einstein Search users at no additional cost.

Einstein’s classification tools have been improved and extended, including Einstein Case Wrap-Up, which is now available to the general public.

With all of Salesforce Einstein’s functionality, you can work more productively and get more reliable and customized results.

1. Einstein’s Key Account Identification

Look no further if you’ve been searching for a more reliable way to determine who your potential customers are.

Einstein’s Key Account Identification gives you the exposure since Salesforce does all the dirty work of scrubbing data and deciphering attributions to show you which prospects are most likely to generate revenue.

  • Einstein’s Account Tier uses letters to rate the accounts, similar to Pardot ranking. This ranking, unlike Pardot scoring, changes itself automatically. You won’t have to depend on individual decisions to set the rules; instead, you’ll be able to make more informed decisions on how to convert the prospects this grading system poses to you.
  • With so much data generated by accounts, identifying the most recurring aspects in each account can be time-consuming. Einstein will show you how those accounts compare to others based on their industry and historical engagement in this game-changing release.

2. Boost Email Engagement with Einstein Send Time Optimization

With Einstein Send Time Optimization, you can forget about guesswork and complicated segmentation.

Send list emails to individual prospects at their preferred times as it uses Einstein’s machine learning capabilities to determine the best time to send each email to each prospect.

3. Build Multicolumn Screens in Flow Builder

Flows launched from the Einstein Next Best Action and Actions & Recommendations components now support the Section component.

Translation Workbench now supports labels for components in parts. Use the Section component in Flow Builder to easily organize screen components into multiple columns.

B2B Commerce advancements

Store managers can tailor their hybrid lists to make it easy to manage their merchandise. Customers will discover the products they like faster with Einstein search recommendations.

1. The Commerce App

The Salesforce Commerce app enables you to configure product hybrid lists, and get a product list for each store at the same time.

The Order List component allows you to view, manage, and sort orders. It is capable of displaying a plethora of products in the store’s catalogue to make it easy for customers to browse the store.

2. B2B Commerce Search

The improved B2B commerce search feature enables Einstein search recommendations, organizes product search results, loads prices independently, and removes the redirect if no product search results are found.

3. Payment tokens for a seamless checkout

Payment tokenization should be used to collect customer information early in the checkout process.

You may use a payment token to gather payment information, turn it into a token, and transfer it into the checkout process without storing confidential payment information.

Tokenization is integrated into the latest Payment component of the Checkout Flow, offering flexibility by default.

Salesforce CPQ and Billing improvements

With Updated permissions, permission sets, and settings, Salesforce CPQ now Enables browser performance improvements while Salesforce Billing will use a new required picklist for business categories in Customer Asset Lifecycle Management.

1. Updated Permission Sets for Access Requirements

After assigning new permission sets to standard and customer users, allow a new CPQ package setting. The setting restricts access to data regulated by permission sets to those that have been delegated to them.

Other access checks are unaffected by these updates. Do not clone the permission sets to ensure that the users get timely CPQ permissions updates.

2. Browser Performance Improvements

Salesforce CPQ will now take advantage of technological advancements in supported web browsers thanks to this patch.

3. Credit Notes Created with Cancel and Rebill Now

When you cancel and rebill an invoice, the resultant credit notes inherit the tax and billing laws from the source invoice row.

Previously, inheriting the parent product’s billing and tax rules caused problems if a user or process modified the billing or tax rules on order products or invoice lines formed from that product.

Users expect the revised tax or billing rules to appear on the credit note rather than the previous product’s billing or tax rules.

4. Edit and Delete Values in Financial Transaction

In finance transactions and finance balance snapshots, you can now delete and update picklist values in the Event Type, Event Activity, and Reference Entity fields.

Additional enhancements worth noting!

1. Get Zoom Integration Features with Salesforce Meetings

Zoom Integration features are now available for Salesforce Meetings users who have Einstein Activity Capture enabled. Capturing data from reps’ video calls yields useful metadata for insights into each Zoom meeting.

Furthermore, reps who use Salesforce Inbox can create links to Zoom meetings while scheduling meetings with Insert Availability.

2. Power Up Recently Viewed Lists with Customizable Actions

You can now apply individual actions to your Recently Viewed lists. To be consistent with other list views, lists that have been recently viewed now display the activities that have been added to the search list of an item.

Some activities, like Printable View, can’t be found on a recently viewed list. Originally, this function was added but got temporarily removed in the spring of the 21st.

The performance enhancements and the option for disabling customised behaviour are now released with the new version.

3. Drive Sales Team Accountability with Pipeline Inspection

Pipeline Inspection provides sales staff with a consolidated view of their pipelines complete with key metrics, prospects, and weekly shifts in near dates, numbers, phases, and forecast categories.

Through these experiences, sales staff can concentrate on the most critical opportunities, and sales management can devote more time to advising reps on how to close more deals.

4. Pre-configure Lightning Templates in Case Support Settings, Web-to-Case, and Case Auto-Response Rules

When Lightning models are auto-assigned by Service Setup Assistant, they are compliant with Support Settings, giving agents immediate access to three powerful tools.

Automate the Case Creation and Edit features, generate and submit a Customer Satisfaction Survey or Net Promoter Score immediately, and allow Salesforce to handle notification emails to help improve agent morale when a case owner switches.

5. Measure Forecasts Your Way in Lightning Experience

Forecasts will now be based on custom fields of the currency or number data types. Because of this update, you now have more freedom to represent your business model with Collaborative Forecasts.

6. See the Engagement Success of Each Sales Cadence Step

Let sales managers see their sales cadence measures effectively with the latest sales cadence engagement component. Managers will see the engagement rate and overall values for each email template on the sales page or call a script for each step in order to update the pipeline better.

7. Streamline Scheduling by Limiting Rule Validation Checks

Manage the automatic rule violation control frequencies and triggers and enable dispatchers to test the rules on demand for effective scheduling.

Dispatchers can review rules for service rates from the Gantt Chart or list manually with their custom permission or use the Check Rules button on all services loaded
